We would like to let you know of some changes we will be making to what we have traditionally called the Housing Systems Team within ICT.
To some extent this team has evolved over time and with the new project management function now in place we have taken the opportunity to define more clearly the remit of the team and the individual roles within it.
The team from now on will be known as the Solutions Delivery Team reflecting our emphasis on delivering system changes in response to change requests and more substantially to support project delivery.
To ensure we are adequately equipped to manage the level of system changes and development will shortly be recruiting another Systems Analyst and a BI Developer. Helena Oldridge has also joined our team as a Systems Analyst on a secondment to work with us on the World Class Repairs Project.
